Our refund and exchange policy is as follows; you will have 30 days, from the day you received your jewelry, to return or exchange it. Please fill out the form below and be sure to include your order number and the reason you are wanting a refund, or an exchange. 

If you are wanting an exchange please include the jewelry piece you are wanting instead and the correct size. 

We will be sure to get back to you in 1-3 business days and we will proceed from there.
